1. No Refunds: The Life Is Project operates with a strict no refund policy for all coaching services. Once payment has been made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. For membership services, you can cancel anytime and will not be renewed for the next cycle.
2. Commitment: Life coaching requires a strong commitment from both the coach and the client. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept that positive outcomes depend on your active participation, honesty, and willingness to make changes in your life.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee: While we cannot provide refunds, we are committed to providing high-quality services. If you have any concerns or issues with the coaching sessions, we encourage you to communicate with your coach to work together to align support to your needs.
4. Session Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 48 hours notice in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the session being forfeited without refund.
5. Limitation of Liability: The Life Is Project shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Modification: The Life Is Project  reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. The updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
